Please sign/initial your child's Daily Behavior Chart everyday. The chart is located on the back of your child's homework folder. Your child will fill in the square at school. If he or she does not have the chart, it can be filled in at home. I will check for initials every day. Friday's behavior will be available on Mondays.
The Daily Behavior Chart is a way for you to discuss behavior expectations and what your child needs to do better in the classroom. When the Daily Behavior Chart is filled in for the month, your child will earn one Caught Having CLASS ticket for every week of solid green squares. If you sign the chart every day, at the end of the month I will award your child with a bonus ticket.
Remember: Green is good!
- Green is the goal; your child had a great, normal day!
- Orange means that your child had to pull a card after a warning about a disruptive behavior or not listening to simple directions.
- Blue means that your child failed again to listen to me.
- Red means your child repeated a disruptive behavior. I will contact you when I believe we need to talk.
